Once you’ve completed your assessment and your report is ready you can follow these easy steps for applying to receive matching grants.

Fill in the application - (5) Review (6) Completed

Congratulations, your application has been submitted! 

Please allow 2-4 weeks for review. The team will contact you with a decision or request for additional information if something is incomplete. 

Note: If you have additional grants to apply for press “close” and it will take you back to the summary of your report. Find your way back to the “Grants” tab and apply.
